Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance Team and Engineering, developing plans for Preventive, Predictive, and Project/Backlog Maintenance.

You will ensure parts and resources are available, lead plan execution with the production schedule, and provide guidance to Line Mechanics, acting as liaison with management when required. This role emphasizes reliability and continuous improvement within a large manufacturing environment.

Competenze

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment; Food Industry preferred.
Experience with CMMS system (SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS, etc.)
Proven ability to provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members across shifts.

Analyze data, generating and distributing metrics and trend analysis reports; provide feedback to Engineering on issues and improvements.
Monitor/audit Mechanic data entry and quality into SAP/AMM; provide training as required.
Monitor Workorder Completion, Backlog, and Schedule Compliance to ensure health of maintenance systems.

As Maintenance Planner, you will support the activity of the Maintenance Team and Engineering, and provide plans for Preventive, Predictive, and Project/Backlog Maintenance work. You will ensure parts and resources are available and ready; You will lead execution of the plan with the Production schedule. This role provides authoritative guidance and support to the Line Mechanics, acting as a liaison with management if required.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning the Predictive/Preventive Maintenance with Manufacturing supply and production plan as well as resource (mechanic, parts, equipment) availability.
Evaluating notifications and converting to Work Orders or giving feedback to requestors.
Supervision of Maintenance parts store room.
Manage CMMS Data including ensuring that appropriate information, including FLOC, BOM's, PM's, etc. are entered into the CMMS system when a modification, improvement, or addition is made to manufacturing, utilities, and/or other support area equipment.
Verifying that PM, CBM, and PDM planned and unplanned work is complete, logged, collected for future evaluation.
Analyze data, generating and distributing critical metrics and trend analysis reports; providing feedback to Engineering on potential issues and improvement opportunities.
Monitor/audit Mechanic data entry and quality into SAP/AMM system. Provide support and training as required to ensure meaningful and comprehensive information is available
Monitor Workorder Completion, Backlog, and Schedule Compliance to ensure health of maintenance systems

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment; Food Industry preferred.
Experience with CMMS system (SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS, etc.)
Proven ability to provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members across shifts.

Salary:$77,140.80 to$104,902.00 per year

Thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
