Nestlé Purina North America in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Planner to support the plant maintenance group by developing preventative and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS.

You will coordinate with Operations Planning, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to plan maintenance activities and ensure asset care and reliability. You will track maintenance work order KPIs, manage trending, and lead the hourly maintenance team when needed, with opportunities to improve

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degrees not required; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• 3+ years' experience in industrial plant maintenance or related field.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.

Mansioni

• Execute and improve the planning methodology for preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate SAP activities for maintenance by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders.
• Plan the maintenance calendar to meet production quality and timeliness expectations.
• Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team when needed.
• Perform field inspections, determine job scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits.
• Identify equipment failure trends and report findings to engineering for root-cause analysis.
