Job summary

Keystone Cement seeks a Maintenance Engineer to lead capital and maintenance projects and provide mechanical engineering support to plant operations and maintenance activities. The role manages projects from concept through commissioning, including scope development, design review, budgeting, contractor coordination, equipment installation, and startup, while troubleshooting issues to improve reliability.

Qualifications

Five or more years engineering experience in cement manufacturing or heavy industry.
Strong project management and mechanical design skills.
Experience with rotating equipment and material handling systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead capital and maintenance projects from conception through commissioning and startup.
Develop project scopes, specs, cost estimates, schedules, and work plans.
Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor performance.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Review drawings and specifications; oversee equipment installation and commissioning.
Support reliability initiatives and troubleshooting for plant assets.
