Job summary

Resilience in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Planner II for IDAP to lead maintenance planning and scheduling for PET assets. The role requires coordinating with operations, engineers, and OEMs to ensure timely maintenance, PM completion, and asset uptime.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and hands-on maintenance experience in regulated environments, with CMMS skills and project delivery capability.

Qualifications

• High School or vocational/technical diploma or equivalent mechanical trade school.
• Experience in a regulated production environment focusing on maintenance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Review work requests, clarify scope, and prioritize repairs.
• Create work instructions, estimate duration, and identify tools/drawings needed.
• Identify, order, and kit parts for work orders.
• Schedule and assign work activities to teammates.
• Communicate priorities and progress to the team.
• Ensure preventive maintenance on PET assets is completed.
• Use CMMS to monitor backlog, track assets, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate repairs during shutdowns with stakeholders.
• Develop and revise standardized job plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
