Job summary

Dover Corp in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Planner Technician to manage planning and execution of maintenance for manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role combines planning with practical maintenance work to improve uptime and reliability.

You will administer CMMS, coordinate with operations, and support continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance, PLCs, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow safety policies and OSHA compliance standards.
Perform troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment and facility systems.
Administer and maintain CMMS and PM documentation.
Coordinate planned maintenance with production and operations teams.
Assist in planning labor requirements and spares inventory.
Log labor hours and maintenance activities in CMMS.
