Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Asset Reliability, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret maintenance information and use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and complete assigned maintenance, repair, calibration, and equipment-support work using approved tools, procedures, and safe practices.
• Own recurring preventive maintenance routes, inspections, or related work cycles, ensuring quality and performance goals are met.
• Gather and analyze equipment data, apply structured troubleshooting methods, and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Support small technical and continuous-improvement initiatives by completing tasks and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain clear work documentation and communicate findings, risks, and observations to peers and leaders.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and plant partners to coordinate work and support reliable manufacturing operations.
