Job summary

The Hershey Company in Edgerton, KS is seeking an Analyst Maintenance Planner to coordinate maintenance, calibration, and equipment support for our manufacturing operations.

With 1+ years in maintenance planning or related areas, you will own preventive maintenance routes and analyze equipment data to improve reliability and production efficiency. A Bachelor's in engineering or related field is preferred, with opportunities for involvement across the Hershey network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, manufacturing technical support, or related area.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Asset Reliability, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and complete maintenance, calibration, and equipment-support work using approved tools and safe work practices.
• Own recurring preventive maintenance routes and inspections to meet established quality and performance requirements.
• Gather and analyse equipment data, apply structured troubleshooting methods, resolve moderately complex issues within established authority, and escalate when needed.
• Support small technical and continuous-improvement initiatives by completing assigned tasks, validating changes, and documenting outcomes.
• Maintain clear work documentation and communicate technical findings, risks, and observations to peers and leaders to support planning and corrective action.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other plant partners to coordinate work and support reliable manufacturing operations.
