Job summary
The Hershey Company is seeking a Reliability Lead for our Edgerton, KS facility. You will drive asset reliability, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement across production lines, leveraging SAP planning and CMMS tools.
You will mentor technicians, lead predictive maintenance programs, and collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize plant performance and safety.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with reliability-centered maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance.
- SAP-PM or similar CMMS; SAP S/4 experience preferred.
- Experience leading projects and RCA methodologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting with focus on safety and quality.
- Preferred: CMRP, RCA training, predictive maintenance, and coaching/ development.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and asset reliability activities for assigned production lines or areas.
- Plan and schedule maintenance through SAP work-orders and coordinated activities.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs using data and diagnostics.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce breakdowns and improve reliability.
- Partner with Technical Assurance on asset management, inventory accuracy, and safety/quality standards.
- Support site capital planning and major technical improvement projects.
- Coach mechanics and operators to strengthen ownership and troubleshooting skills.
