Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Oregon to oversee asset management, planning, training, and spare parts inventory using Enterprise Asset Management software.

You will manage work orders, run audits, train end users, and collaborate with the EAM team to improve maintenance processes while promoting safety and reliability across our client operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and new admins; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and scheduling.
• Manage work orders for accurate creation, planning, updating, and closure.
• Analyze parts/assets data and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
• Cultivate positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
