Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to support asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software. The role focuses on maintaining parts inventory, training end users, and coordinating with the EAM team to implement standard procedures.

You will manage work orders, analyze data, and promote a safe work environment within CBRE's facilities group. Based in Atlanta, GA, this position offers opportunities for growth within CBRE Global Workplace

Qualifications

3+ years in planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance.
Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of financial terms.

Responsibilities

Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
Provide software training to end users and new administrators; liaison for system problems.
Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard object coding and preventive maintenance procedures.
Manage work orders for accurate creation, planning, updating and closure.
Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software/ process improvements.
Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
