Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. You will manage asset data, plan maintenance activities, and optimize spare parts inventory using EAM software, supporting a major client.

You will collaborate with the Facilities team, provide training, generate metrics, and ensure safety standards are followed, with growth opportunities after six months of successful service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facilities metrics to management.
