• Locates sources of problems by observing equipment, listening for issues, and using measuring/testing instruments.
• Collaborates with maintenance team to complete work orders timely and keep machinery operational.
• Controls and optimizes spare parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Develops or refines preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provides guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Adheres to plant safety policies and participates in safety and Lean programs.
