Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates maintenance activities with focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtains diagrams, manuals, and instructions for maintenance work.
• Locates problems by observing equipment and using testing instruments.
• Collaborates to complete work orders and keep machinery operational.
• Controls spare parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Develops or refines preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provides guidance to junior maintenance staff.
• Supports plant safety programs and Lean initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
