Job summary

Sunny Sky Products seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimize maintenance activities for our beverages manufacturing operations. You will develop maintenance plans, manage work orders and parts, and collaborate across departments to minimize downtime and boost productivity.

Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, and data-driven improvements, with routine site inspections and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and update preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Strong coordination with maintenance technicians, supervisors, engineers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and repairs to minimize disruptions to operations due to equipment failure.
• Create and manage work orders for maintenance tasks and ensure on-time completion.
• Allocate resources for maintenance tasks including manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
• Verify and validate work orders and repairs performed.
• Monitor daily production schedule to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance activities, manage assets and generate reports.
