Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee plant maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and partner with production and engineering to maximize uptime and safety. This role involves supervising daily maintenance activities, planning, and reporting to management.

The ideal candidate has extensive industrial maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with electrical schematics, AutoCAD drawings, and GMP practices to support continuous improvement

Formación

• 7+ years in industrial maintenance; 4+ years in a manager role within food manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Proven leadership of projects and people.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Lockout/Tagout procedures knowledge.
• Confined space designations and entry procedures.
• Tow motor and scissor lift operations training.
• GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge.
• CCMS systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and planner for effective operations.
• Schedule maintenance mechanics, approve timecards, and manage time off.
• Monitor daily production board and communicate setup issues.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager, Plant Engineer, and maintenance staff for assignments.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and facilities.
• Verify work orders and repairs; keep maintenance logs and reports.
• Prepare and present regular maintenance reports to management.
• Provide hands-on repairs in electrical/mechanical areas as needed.
• Ensure quality and safety of products and equipment.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify issues and schedule repairs.
• Keep workshop clean and well-maintained; track downtime.
• Develop and execute PMs for equipment and utilities.
