Responsibilities

• Develop and update preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and repairs to minimize disruptions to operations due to equipment failure
• Create and manage work orders for maintenance tasks (properly defined) and ensure work is completed on time
• Allocate necessary resources for maintenance tasks, including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Verify and validate work orders and repairs performed
• Track production schedule to identify opportunities for maintenance activities
• Utilize CMMS (e-work orders) to track maintenance activities, manage assets, and generate reports
