Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimize maintenance across our manufacturing plant. You will develop preventive maintenance plans, manage work orders, and ensure timely completion while coordinating with production, engineering, and procurement teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with CMMS and SAP, strong organization, and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to address urgent issues and support shutdowns.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant.
• Ability to develop and optimize maintenance plans and schedules.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and SAP for work orders and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Create and manage work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Allocate resources for maintenance tasks including materials and tools.
• Verify and validate completed work orders and repairs.
• Track production schedule to optimize maintenance activities.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance, assets, and generate reports.
