Job summary

Arkema Memphis seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance and reliability activities at the Memphis site, coordinating planning, scheduling, and work delegation for maintenance craftsmen and contractors.

You will provide technical and personnel leadership, oversee preventive and corrective programs, manage storeroom and spare parts inventory, coordinate plant turnarounds and shutdowns, and ensure safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operation of plant assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or chemical environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
• Preferred Green Belt certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and training for Maintenance staff.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign work priorities.
• Coordinate internal and contract resources to meet maintenance objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Reliability and Safety to optimize plant performance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and workflows from notification through completion.
