Job description

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Memphis, TN 38127

Duration: 6 months contract with possible extensions

Shift hours: Likely 6-2:30 or 7-3:30

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow all plant safety procedures (LOTO, SWP) and ensure compliance with certifications (ISO, cGMP, FDA, etc.).
  • Document maintenance work for compliance and coordinate with Corporate Purchasing and Accounts Payable for goods and services.
  • Utilize maintenance software for job planning, scheduling, inventory management, and tracking.
  • Scope, plan, and coordinate maintenance projects; troubleshoot equipment issues (pumps, motors, reactors, compressors, burners).
  • Lead small equipment replacement or upgrade projects and support project teams.
  • Apply industry and plant engineering standards to new and existing equipment.
  • Communicate with Maintenance/E&I teams regarding parts and supplies needs.
  • Develop reliability and cost improvement plans using maintenance data.
Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and plant safety standards (especially PSM).
  • Participate in safety programs (BBS), report incidents, follow HES standards, and demonstrate strong safety commitment.
