Job summary

You will partner with Maintenance, Operations and contractors to develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, review work requests, and maintain an accurate backlog to support reliable production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Building and Repair Maintenance or related field.
• Experience coordinating maintenance projects and teams.
• Ability to analyze equipment data and optimize maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Maintenance, Operations and contractors to develop, execute, and track preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Review and approve work requests, schedule recommendations, and maintain an accurate backlog.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work by coordinating schedules, resources, parts, costs, labor estimates, permits, and job packages.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment criticality to meet production targets.
• Serve as CMMS subject matter expert and generate reports as needed.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks and communicate improvement opportunities.
