Job summary

Ecobat is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize preventive maintenance projects, schedule workloads, and optimize the use of labor, parts, and equipment. The role requires coordinating with stores, unions, and operations to ensure accurate estimates and timely execution.

Key responsibilities include maintaining CMMS driven work orders, producing weekly schedules, and supporting safety and quality initiatives while communicating clearly with the workforce to promote efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track maintenance work.
• Familiarity with safety evaluations in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance work and manage the maintenance work backlog.
• Maintain work order documentation in compliance with written procedures.
• Produce weekly maintenance schedules and track performance against the plan.
• Perform receiving duties when the Stores Supervisor is unavailable.
• Work with union positions to ensure accurate EST time estimates.
