Job summary

INTERACTION 24 LLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Brooklyn facility. You will own the CMMS/work order system, drive PM compliance, coordinate with vendors, and help reduce downtime and costs.

This is not a hands-on repair role, but a critical planning position in a fast-growing meal delivery operation. The role requires 3+ years in CMMS/work order management within food production or manufacturing settings, strong vendor management, and excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on CMMS/work order management experience
• Experience in a food production, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations environment
• Strong vendor management and communication skills
• Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance schedules
• Proactive, detail-oriented, team-oriented
• Reliable commute to Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMMS/work order system; track equipment status, open work orders, and downtime
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance tech team
• Work with vendors to schedule repairs, negotiate costs, and reduce spend
• Order parts and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Track and report downtime, repair costs, and parts spend
• Partner with Facilities Manager to identify uptime improvements and cost reductions
• Maintain accurate documentation across all maintenance activity
