Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule the plant's maintenance program. The role requires CMMS experience to develop BOMs, maintenance routines, and spare parts stocking, with daily work orders and KPI management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS to plan and schedule maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and housekeeping.
• Willingness to spend time on the plant floor collecting information.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant.
• Develop BOMs for equipment and enter into CMMS.
• Develop maintenance routines and enter into CMMS.
• Determine spare parts to stock and organize storeroom.
• Set up auto-reorder in CMMS and manage orders.
• Generate work orders and packages daily; assist execution.
• Manage KPIs for maintenance function.
• Lead planning for major outages.
• Understand equipment operations to plan improvements.
