Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage maintenance planning and scheduling within our facility. The role requires experience in safety and compliance and familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems. Preference given to candidates with ammonia refrigeration and PSM knowledge.

Work includes labor, parts coordination, and adherence to safety standards. The position supports Lineage operations from Monday to Friday, with a focus on proactive planning and timely execution of maintenance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ data entry experience and/or 2 years’ fleet maintenance coordination or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organization levels.
• Ability to work in cold and dry storage environments and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance work with leadership approval.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors for timely repairs.
• Communicate resource schedules and potential shutdowns to leadership.
• Maintain CMMS/EAM to update work orders and report metrics.
• Track compliance program records and audit action items.
