Job summary

Water Lilies Food, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. You will manage CMMS data, coordinate with maintenance and production teams, and ensure availability of parts and services.

The role emphasizes planning skills, reliability improvements, and collaboration across Purchasing, Operations, and Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance planning, or related manufacturing operations.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Fiix, Maintenance Connection, SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules to optimize labor utilization.
• Prioritize work orders based on equipment criticality, safety, and production needs.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and supervision to ensure equipment availability.
• Maintain CMMS records and generate reports on PM compliance and backlog.
• Coordinate parts procurement and inventory to minimize downtime.
