Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Kentucky plant to plan and schedule the maintenance program, develop detailed BOMs for equipment, and enter data into the CMMS. The role includes creating maintenance routines, stocking spare parts, and managing auto-reorder processes.

You will generate work orders daily, support the team in executing tasks, and lead outages while tracking KPIs. Collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and Production Leader is essential for readiness and

Qualifications

Must have experience using CMMS to plan and schedule maintenance work.
Technical and analytical skills; ability to perform simple math calculations.
Willingness to spend time on the floor gathering information and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant.
Develop detailed BOMs for equipment and enter into CMMS.
Create maintenance routines and enter into CMMS for wear components.
Determine spare parts to stock and organize storeroom.
Set up auto-reorder in CMMS and manage ordering/receiving.
Generate daily work orders and work packages; assist execution of orders.
Manage KPIs for maintenance function; lead outages.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Production Leader to ensure parts/tools are ready.
