Job summary

CEMCO LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and safe production. You will supervise personnel, coordinate preventive and corrective tasks, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Plant leadership to minimize downtime.

The role requires an Associate's degree and at least three years in maintenance planning/CMMS, with strong CMMS and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance planning, coordination, CMMS administration, purchasing, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops a maintenance team, assigns work and provides training.
• Coordinates daily maintenance activities to meet preventive and corrective needs.
• Maintains a hands-on presence to assist with troubleshooting and complex issues.
• Prioritizes work orders to support production with minimal downtime.
• Ensures CMMS is used to manage schedules, parts, and records.
• Identifies reliability improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
