Job summary

CEMCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and a safe workplace. You will supervise personnel, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership.

The role requires CMMS expertise, coordination of parts and tools, and strong communication and scheduling skills to minimize downtime and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/coordinating/CMMS administration, purchasing, or related field.
• CMMS administration experience required; ERP experience is a plus.
• Ability to read technical manuals and communicate with employees, vendors, and management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coaches, and develops a team of maintenance employees, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training and support.
• Coordinates and oversees daily maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Maintains a hands-on presence and assists with troubleshooting equipment issues as needed.
• Prioritizes maintenance work orders to support production while minimizing downtime.
• Ensures CMMS records are accurate and maintenance KPIs are tracked and reported.
• Monitors equipment performance and identifies opportunities for reliability improvements and cost reductions.
• Supports root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
