Job summary

CEMCO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of the facility, supervise maintenance personnel, and ensure equipment reliability and a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Plant Leadership to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in maintenance planning/coordination, CMMS administration, purchasing or related field.
Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating preventive and corrective activities.
Ability to analyze maintenance data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Supervises and develops a team of maintenance employees, assigns work, monitors performance.
Coordinates daily maintenance activities to complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installs.
Maintains a hands-on presence to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
Prioritizes work orders to support production while minimizing downtime.
Ensures CMMS documentation and maintenance records are up to date.
Monitors performance trends to identify reliability improvements and cost reductions.
Collaborates with Operations/Engineering/Plant Leadership on improvements.
Supports root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent failures.
Procures maintenance parts, tools, and supplies; maintains inventory levels.
Keeps maintenance shops and records organized; ensures safety compliance.
