Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking a Maintenance Planner for our Ashtabula, Ohio site. You will develop and manage maintenance plans for preventive, corrective, and turnaround work, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires five years of planning experience in chemical manufacturing, strong SAP knowledge, and excellent communication. You will contribute to cost estimates, scheduling, and data management while supporting continuous plant

Qualifications

• Five years maintenance planning experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to read blueprints and process drawings.
• Experience with SAP in maintenance contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality job plans with drawings, instructions, procedures and lists.
• Create and update reusable job plans.
• Estimate labor, material, and service requirements and costs.
• Participate in pre-job reviews with contractors and safety requirements.
• Procure maintenance goods and services including requisitions and tracking.
• Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
• Analyze job execution against plan and variances in labor/materials.
• Manage spare parts inventory setup and changes.
• Act as company job representative for contractors and vendors.
• Perform other duties as required.
