Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, Ohio seeks an I&E Planner to organize maintenance job orders and packages, plan all required material, services and labor, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Supervisors and outside contractors. The focus is on instrumentation and electrical maintenance, with daily planning for safety, reliability and cost efficiency.

The role is salaried, day-shift and requires detailed planning and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in I&E maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of P&ID, instrumentation and electrical practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job order packages for maintenance actions.
• Plan and organize materials, services and labor to fulfill requests.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
• Lead pre-job and post-job reviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain SAP work order backlog and ensure proper order types.
• Support shutdowns, outages, and weekend coverage.
• Ensure safety, reliability, quality, and cost targets.
