Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking a Maintenance Planning & Work Management Superintendent to lead planning, scheduling, and backlog management for our Ashtabula, Ohio complex. You will drive work management processes, coordinate with operations, reliability, and engineering, and push continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

The role emphasizes planning accuracy, labor productivity, and standardizing practices to enhance asset reliability and reduce emergency work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of related chemical or petrochemical manufacturing experience.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and backlog management skills.
• Experience with asset reliability programs and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's maintenance work management process.
• Develop and enforce maintenance planning and scheduling standards.
• Coordinate planning, backlog, and weekly scheduling activities.
• Drive maintenance process improvements and KPI reporting.
• Support reliability initiatives and root cause investigations.
