Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Planner for Plant 1 with a primary focus on instrumentation and electrical maintenance. You will create detailed work orders, assess scope, gather drawings and materials, and coordinate with operations and contractors to ensure timely, safe execution of maintenance activities.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in I&E maintenance within a manufacturing setting, along with strong SAP knowledge and P&ID familiarity.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years relevant experience with exposure to I&E Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of P&ID’s and manufacturing systems.
Experience with SAP maintenance, storeroom, and purchasing modules.
Ability to work unsupervised with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create and assemble job packages/work orders for maintenance actions with a focus on instrumentation & electrical maintenance.
Prepare and perform detailed planning for work orders including scope, drawings, specs, materials and tools.
Lead or participate in sourcing, bidding and requisitioning for third party services.
Coordinate contractor utilization including change orders and pre/post job reviews.
Maintain SAP work order backlog and ensure compliance with maintenance workflow.
