Job summary

INEOS Pigments in Ashtabula, OH is seeking a Maintenance Planning & Work Management Superintendent to lead planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, piping, vessels, exchangers, instrumentation, and relief valves, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• This role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years in chemical/petrochemical manufacturing.
• Strong engineering skills with knowledge of pumps, compressors, piping, vessels, exchangers, instrumentation, and relief valves.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's maintenance work management process and standards.
• Direct and coach maintenance planners; ensure proper scoping and planning of work orders.
• Coordinate weekly maintenance schedules with Operations and manage shutdowns.
