Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Maintenance Planner at our Sumterville, Florida plant to plan and coordinate maintenance activities, maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

This role provides indirect supervision of maintenance crews and direct supervision of contractors, with occasional evening and weekend work. You will drive safety, maintain records, and support the Plant's Maintenance Excellence Program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar maintenance role in cement or industrial plants.
• Proficient in English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates preventive maintenance and projects.
• Provides technical assistance to maintenance crew.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintains spare parts, manuals, drawings and blueprints.
• Develops and maintains Standard Job Plans.
• Leads scheduling meetings with supervisors and contractors.
• Supports Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP).
