Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize complex work, optimize processes, and be the key link between people, systems, and performance. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, improving preventive maintenance, and delivering actionable insights using data and EAM tools.

You will own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory while collaborating with maintenance teams and leadership to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Responsibilities

• Own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory.
• Schedule and manage work orders; ensure accurate creation, updating and closure.
• Provide data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Measure and publish facility metrics to leadership.
