Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize complex work, optimize processes, and serve as the key link between people, systems, and performance.

You will own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory, leveraging EAM systems to drive efficiency and reliability across facilities. This role supports a major online retailer and requires collaboration with maintenance teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; liaise on system problems.
• Manage work orders in the system: creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements.
• Publish facility metrics to management.
