CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to help keep our facilities operating reliably for one of the world's largest online retailers. You will own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory, leveraging EAM systems to drive efficiency and reliability.

In this role you will partner with maintenance teams, leadership, and corporate stakeholders to standardize workflows, improve preventive maintenance programs, and deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities/maintenance planning experience.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory.
• Leverage EAM systems to drive efficiency and reliability.
• Standardize workflows and preventive maintenance programs.
• Deliver actionable insights through performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Manage work orders: creation, updating, resolution.
• Travel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
