Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) and help service a major online retailer. The role focuses on organizing complex work, improving preventive maintenance programs, and delivering insights through performance metrics.

You will own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory, leveraging EAM systems for efficiency. You’ll partner with maintenance teams, leadership, and stakeholders to standardize workflows and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and follow procedures.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; serve as system liaison.
• Collaborate with EAM Business Analyst to standardize coding schemes and PM procedures.
• Manage work orders in the system for creation, planning, updating, and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and recommend software/process changes.
• Measure and publish facility metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for facilities team.
• Foster relationships with client and operations teams.
• Travel as needed.
