Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Maintenance Planner. This position will be located in Raynham, MA.

This role supports industrial manufacturing processes by implementing process improvements, facility layout and upgrades, equipment setup, testing, documentation, problem correction, and related tooling. Uses technical skills to aid in engineering activities related to industrial manufacturing.

Key Role Responsibilities
  1. Support industrial engineers and production associates in a quick and efficient manner.
  2. Build products and subassemblies for testing, prototyping, and process improvements.
  3. Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  4. Work independently on complex projects to resolve engineering problems.
  5. Identify problem requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
  6. Create and maintain engineering documentation such as change orders, validations, and maintenance procedures.
  7. Complete process validations and improvements, resolve issues, and recommend enhancements.
  8. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to facilitate manufacturing processes.
  9. Assist in engineering complex tooling and processes to increase efficiency and yields.
  10. Ensure communication of business issues or opportunities to management.
  11. Supervise or manage staff ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental practices.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of computerized systems, manufacturing processes, and GMPs.
  • Understanding of OSHA and industry regulations, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Leadership skills aligned with J&J Leadership Imperatives.
  • Ability to work extra hours, respond to emergencies, travel, and support other departments as needed.

Anticipated base pay range: $63,800 - $110,000
