Working Relationship

• Reports to the Maintenance Manager.
• Communicates regularly and maintains strong relationships with team members across departments.
• Periodically meets with other departmental leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly management and department reports.
• Plan and schedule ongoing and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment, building, and facilities.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance work.
• Provide work directions and training to maintenance staff if required.
• Write work order procedures including safety instructions, drawings, tools, and parts.
• Create and update preventive maintenance plans based on OEM recommendations and equipment history.
• Utilize CMMS to plan work according to schedules, resources, and inventories.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to identify sources, secure quotes, and issue purchase orders for spare parts and materials/services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
