Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software. The role involves maintaining parts inventories, providing end-user training, and coordinating with the EAM analyst on standard coding and PM procedures.

You will manage work orders, analyze data for improvements, publish facilities metrics to management, and support the facilities team while promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintain spare parts inventory and audits regularly.
• Provide software training to end users and admins; liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard coding schemes and PM procedures.
• Manage work orders for creation, updates, and resolution.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and suggest software/process improvements.
• Publish facilities metrics to management.
• Provide Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.

About The Role

Responsible for overall assetmanagement, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) software.

What You’ll Do

• Maintainspare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
• Providesoftware training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison forsystem problems.
• Workwith corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object codingschemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
• Managework orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolvingwork orders.
• Performdata analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and processchanges.
• Measureand publish facilities metrics to the management team.
• Providesupport as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
• Cultivatepositive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.
• Promotea safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

What You’ll Need

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning,scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding ofstandard work processes.
• Effective communication, presentation, problem solvingand analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (MicrosoftOffice; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration,Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, andasset management preferred.

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $84,801.60 annually [or $40.77 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $87,110.40 annually [or $41.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
