Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks a skilled Maintenance Planner to lead asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software. Join a safety-first culture as we service a major online retailer and drive best practices in maintenance.

You will collaborate with the facilities team, perform data analysis, and implement preventive maintenance procedures while advancing within the CBRE network.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance.
  • Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
  • Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Maintains spare parts inventory and conducts audits regularly.
  • Provides software training to end users and new administrators; liaises for system problems.
  • Works with EAM analysts to implement standard object coding, preventive maintenance and scheduling.
  • Manages work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating and resolution.
  • Performs data analysis on parts/assets and recommends software enhancements.
  • Measures and publishes facilities metrics to management.
  • Provides Tier 1 EAM support for the facilities team.
  • Cultivates positive relationships with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
  • Promotes a safe working environment by following safety procedures.

About The Role

Responsible for overall assetmanagement, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) software.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintains spare parts inventory and conducts audits on a regular basis;
  • Provides software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.
  • Works with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
  • Manages work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders.
  • Performs data analysis on parts/assets and recommends software enhancements and process changes.
  • Measures and publishes facilities metrics to the management team.
  • Provides support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
  • Cultivates positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
  • Promotes a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You’ll Need
  • ‒ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • ‒ High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • ‒ Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
  • ‒ Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
  • ‒ Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • ‒ Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • ‒ Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred.

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $71,884.80 annually [or $34.56 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $73,632.00 annually [or $35.40 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
