Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage asset management, work planning, training, and spare parts inventory using EAM software.

The role involves supporting the facilities team, auditing parts, and improving maintenance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in facilities/maintenance planning, scheduling, and auditing.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct regular audits.
  • Provide software training to end users and admins.
  • Collaborate with EAM Analyst to implement standard object coding and PM procedures.
  • Manage work orders in the system: create, plan, update, and resolve.
  • Analyze parts/assets data and suggest software enhancements and process changes.
  • Publish facilities metrics to leadership; support Tier 1 EAM.
  • Foster positive relationships with Client and Operations teams.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.

About The Role

Responsible for overall assetmanagement, work planning, training, and spare part inventory using Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) software.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis;
  • Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison for system problems.
  • Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling.
  • Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders.
  • Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
  • Measure and publish facilities metrics to the management team.
  • Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team.
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You’ll Need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work inUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning,scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.

Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.

Effective communication, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (MicrosoftOffice; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, and asset management preferred.
