About the Role:

The Maintenance Planner will oversee maintenance management for the UGP, collaborating with the UGP Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure maintenance performance (time, cost) and manage investments related to the UGP.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, verifying equipment availability, production needs, and maintenance resources.
2. Responsible for planning predictive maintenance activities (PM frequency).
3. Coordinate maintenance activities during main shutdowns, considering postponed and improvement activities, ensuring equipment availability aligns with the production schedule.
4. Monitor weekly progress of maintenance plans to ensure timely execution.
5. Prepare daily/weekly maintenance intervention plans, checking resource availability and adjusting schedules as needed.
6. Identify corrective actions based on equipment efficiency analysis.
7. Evaluate opportunities to assign maintenance tasks to production personnel, overseeing the transfer process and outcomes.
8. Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams on new projects, implementation, and cost management.
9. Work with the Technical Purchasing Department to prepare RFQs for negotiations.
10. Manage technical aspects of new investments, monitoring costs, timelines, and results.
11. Create Asset Requisitions in collaboration with Finance.
12. Analyze requests for machinery and equipment modifications, performing feasibility studies.
13. Supervise project execution in collaboration with Ferrero Engineering.

Candidate Profile:

• Post-High School/Associate's Degree
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and product technology
• Understanding of machinery, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and production methods
• Strong background in production and maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance strategies and processes
• Ability to build relationships and manage large projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP PM
