Maintenance Planner – CU

Location: Black Mountain, Concentrator Plant, Aggeneys

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, process them in the system, maintain a tracking system, and lead daily update meetings.
• Conduct analysis on spare parts consumption, follow up with teams, maintain refurbishment and warranty trackers, and visit sites and stores for inspections.
• Handle stock codification, update Bill of Materials (BOM), create new equipment entries, and maintain/update PM schedules in SAP.
• Coordinate with commercial teams and suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries, and communicate updates to the team.
• Record and analyze breakdowns to develop prevention strategies for recurring issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Trade Test in Fitter and Turner, Electrical, Boiler Making, or C&I Mechanic.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a contractor processing plant.
• Operational or technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and PM modules, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a medical certificate of fitness.
