Client Service Administrator – Maintenance Planner

Join to apply for the Client Service Administrator – Maintenance Planner role at Siemens.

Our Client Service Administrators (Maintenance Planners) are vital members of our service team, serving as the foundation for our customers' service maintenance planning. This position is remote unless located in NJ, where it will be a hybrid role with two days in the office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Review booking packages and plan customer service schedules for new and renewed contracts, including preventive, proactive, and predictive services.
  2. Develop maintenance plans using standard planning tools and documented processes.
  3. Revise maintenance plans as outlined by Account Managers to meet customer obligations and schedules.
  4. Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Take direction from Client Service Managers.
Qualifications:
Basic:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years experience reading and interpreting service contracts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software systems.
  • Availability to work three days in-office and two days remote; first 1-2 months in-office five days a week.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred:
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 5+ years experience in the Building Automation, Fire/Security industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
