Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking two Maintenance Supervisors (Maintenance Performance Leader) to support the Muskogee Paper Mill in Muskogee, OK. You will lead maintenance teams to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of equipment, developing short- and long-term strategies and driving accountability across EHS, compliance, quality, and reliability.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will guide crews and improve processes, using Principle Based Management to elevate maintenance

Qualifications

Experience supervising teams in manufacturing, industrial or military settings.
Experience applying precision maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
Experience with plant equipment including steam generation, electrical power systems, water treatment, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

Guide and support employees in applying Principle Based Management in alignment with Guiding Principles.
Steer safety, environmental stewardship, health & compliance through proactive risk management.
Lead, mentor, and coach team members, ensuring accountability for maintenance outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for maintenance work processes, reliability, and planning.
Oversee the annual performance development process for departmental employees.
Provide continuous coaching to employees.
Manage health, safety and environmental risks of site maintenance.
Develop team capabilities aligned with Principle Based Management.
Organize and develop weekly maintenance schedules based on planned work.
