Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Muskogee, OK, seeks two Maintenance Supervisors (Maintenance Performance Leader) to partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering to shape short- and long-term maintenance strategies, ensuring safety, reliability and performance of mill equipment.

You will set clear expectations, coach crews, and drive accountability across environmental, health & safety, compliance, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience directly supervising others within a manufacturing, industrial or military environment.
• Experience applying precision maintenance techniques to improve equipment reliability.
• Experience with large-scale mill equipment such as steam generation, electrical power systems, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach employees in applying Principle Based Management and meet safety standards.
• Steer safety, environmental stewardship, health and compliance by proactive risk management.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mechanical and electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Organize weekly maintenance craft schedules and oversee planned work.
