Job summary

Knapheide is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to support the maintenance team by managing inventory, parts distribution, and PM system activities. The role focuses on keeping accurate part counts, organizing the maintenance store, and assisting with work orders to ensure timely production support.

The candidate should be mechanically inclined with experience in machinery, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience in machinery and maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational abilities and time planning.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office and good written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintains maintenance inventory systems, part numbers, counts, and work orders.
• Receives and stores spare parts, distributes per work orders or requisitions.
• Performs inventory cycle counts and validates locations.
• Suggests min/max inventory levels and keeps maintenance store organized.
• Maintains weekly PM log and supports production and facility needs.
